Before Klynx

The team managed every client application through WhatsApp groups and multiple spreadsheets. Appointments were missed. Document checklists were sent manually per client. Leads went cold because no one followed up. The director had zero visibility on what was happening in the office in real time.

What we built

We hosted Odoo on a dedicated server and migrated the entire team onto one platform. We configured a custom CRM pipeline for each application stage, automated document checklists sent to clients on intake, set up appointment scheduling, and built a live manager dashboard tracking invoices, active cases, and employee productivity. We added WikiJS for internal documentation with automated suggestions — so the team stopped losing time asking each other basic questions. Automated emails and rescheduling suggestions for unclosed leads meant no opportunity was forgotten.
